How the Spotting Scope Finder (Celestron models) works

We compare published specifications; we have not tested these products.

Which details affect a match?

A model matches when its details meet every choice you select. Missing or conflicting values stay unknown. If nothing fits, the finder shows the closest option and what it misses.

  • Preferred objective diameter (mm)?
  • Minimum top-end magnification (×)?
  • Maximum instrument weight (oz)?

Order and links

The starting order helps you browse. Your choices determine which models match. When the first match has no product link, the finder identifies another linked match separately. Commission amounts do not determine a match.

Sources and limitations

Twelve angled spotting scopes, all Celestron, taken from Celestron's product pages on September 26, 2026: objective size, zoom range, focal length, weight and weather label. The three Regal M2 weights are Celestron's figures without the included eyepiece attached, and no weight was captured for the LandScout 20-60x80mm, so it stays blank. Straight-body scopes and other brands aren't included. None of these scopes was set up or looked through for this page, so sharpness, eye relief and focusing feel sit outside it.

The finder shows source links and the dates they were checked. Those dates do not establish today’s price or stock. Before ordering, confirm the model and variant on the seller’s page.
