Start with screw shape and actual tip sizes

Wiha's named set sizes range from 4 to 8 pieces, with drive groups including Phillips, Slotted, Torx and Hex. More pieces do not automatically mean the tips fit your device. Read the individual sizes and the device's service instructions before choosing a group.

A Hex category alone does not resolve metric versus inch sizing. Named piece counts can also describe different contents, so compare the exact contents rather than assuming every addition is a new useful tip. This guide reads Wiha set descriptions without opening or servicing devices with them.

Weight is a packing clue, not a contents certificate
